A wife is currently on the run after scalding her husband with hot water.

According to reports, the woman identified as Joy, poured hot water on her husband for refusing to open the door for her upon returning home around 11pm on Monday, at Iyana Itire, Oshodi, Lagos.

Akachi, the husband reportedly refused to open the door for Joy because she refused to disclose where she went to. However, the following morning, the suspect, instead of preparing food for the children, boiled water and emptied it on Akachi. Joy is currently on the run.
