Former Akwa Ibom state governor now Senate Minority Leader, Senator Godswill Akpabio, has lost 4 of his personal aides to have tendered their resignation letters.
According to reports, the aides also represented the four federal constituencies of Ikot Ekpene Senatorial District.
Led by Barr. Utibe Nwoko, Senior Legislative Aide, others are; Chief (Barr) Moses Akpan, Kufre Ini-ima, Prince Ukandu Ukpe.
The four disassociated themselves from any planned defection of the Senator to the All Progressives Congress (APC). They have since pledged their unalloyed support to the reelection of Governor Udom Emmanuel in 2019 and to the PDP.
