Stealing of pants isn’t a crime we can investigate – Nigerian police

The Nigerian police has announced that the recent trend of boys stealing ladies panties can not be investigated. Taking to Twitter, The Lagos state police command tweeted that they can not investigate any case of pants stealing except it is directly linked to a case of murder or other related crimes
